Novotel Cairo Airport

The breakfasts at the omeletes.

We were in a standard double room with a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment and a satellite TV.

Well, the views were quite bad here.

The food was great and the location was ideal!

The warm hospitality from staff, especially Yasmin, and the very nice meals prepared by Chef Fahad made our stay nice.

Newly remodelled standard queen room in cute design. Above average and varied breakfast with rice and non alcoholic drinks, for example - well worth the money. Nice location in Cairo, really close to tidy garden, the cafe and very clean.

Tbh, had a very nice stay for a business trip. The property seemed fairly clean and the room was newly renovated and functional. I loved the room for everyone's bags. The staff was cooperative, attentive all the time.

Handy peaceful location, in the resturant.

It is a cozy hotel and I loved its functional rooms and courteous personnel. Outstanding meal and great service.

The restaurant room and staff

The reception staff, they're rude to people. They laugh at complaints and don't solve them. They made us wait six hours from 1:00 a.m. Instead of lying they should be honest and say they have no rooms. . This is because we arrived at dawn on the day of entry and wished to be allowed in. The manager was very despotic and inflexible. Then a young boy helped us and we paid an extra fee to enter early at 9 am

The staff: always friendly, affordable, and ready to solve any problem proactively.

For some reason you have to pay for each service (restaurant, bar, buffet...) . Maybe because I didn't hire it properly when I made the reservation.

Everything is very clean and according to expectations, we only stay one night and have free pick up and drop off service at the airport, perfect if you have a flight that leaves very early every 30 minutes there is a shuttle service to the airport

Everything was fine.

The bed is very comfortable and so is your pillow. It is only 5 minutes from the international airport. Its price is excellent.

The pieces are with aged carpets as well as their furniture.

Ideal for a family with children

The breakfast was really good, like a feast fit for a king, fresh items everywhere. The complimentary shuttle service was a lifesaver after a long journey, very appreciated.

It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

The hotel is very beautiful, only the employees are not competent! My credit card was charged twice for one night! Despite gold status and 5 messages to the accommodation no competent answer! Everything else fit!

A bit more guest-oriented staff

The hotel is very close to the airport, we had reserved 3 rooms, but one of them had a strong smell. We communicated it immediately. However, they didn't solve anything for us. And because we were so tired we decided to use only two rooms.
